Physical Products:
Due to the made-to-order nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor variations due to the handmade process

Digital Products:
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been delivered.

If you experience an issue with your file (such as corruption or incorrect item), please contact me and I will resolve the problem.
