Processing time for physical items is typically 1-3 business days before shipping. This allows time for designing, printing, cutting, and quality checks.

Due to the made-to-order nature of my physical products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with photos and I will make it right.

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and I cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital files, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been delivered.
